2 zener diode in series

Hi all,
since I am looking for a 16V zener diode and it is not available here in Iraq, but what I have is 7.5V (something near that value). is it possible to connect 2 of them in series to get high voltage ?
I want to stable the gate voltage of a mosfet and it won't reach beyond 16V

Yes, 2 x 7.5V zeners in series = 1 x 15V zener.
