could be that this is an exotic package for a LM313 reference diode. Do you have a diode tester, what does it say?

Is it flat or rounded on the other side? The picture isn't clear.
How big it it? Perhaps show a rule next to it?

Well its got the big M on it so its Matsushitsa Panasonic.

You should show where on the PCB you desoldered it from. In the wast majority of cases, just showing an obscure component without showing where it originated from, is useless.

Now it's redundant, but here you can find some better pictures, from both sides, near ruler. Diode test showing 0,573V.
