ITech IT5601 Thermal Data Logger

Hello, did anyone have the Communication Manual of the IT5601 Thermal Data Logger. It can only communicate with the PC and have no front display or buttons. Is there a way of finding the commands? It can be controlled via USB, Lan or RS232. Via USB a driver is needed that I didnt have. But via RS232 I can send some standard commands from other devices, there ITech have a manual avaiable. Exists a help command that lists all possible commands? Did not get a proper answer form ITech.

Nobody an Idea?
This thing is sadly crap without the ability to send commands to it :'(
