Plugged an ELM327 OBD2 dongle into the car, ran OBD Auto doctor on the laptop and recorded several different parameters at approx 1/2 second intervals. The data looks like the following:

Apparently there is a 3 byte header, data and then a checksum.
How could I possibly sort this out into some values that could be pasted into a spreadsheet and then graphed?
I thought the software could save the sensor values in a .csv file but apparently it does not.
