| Very nice high quality switches |
| (1/1) |

Hi, I am looking for PCB-mount switches (as alternative to touch sensors currently used) that: 1) have nice tactile feel 2) look very nice. i.e. you would put in a high quality good looking (think apple) product 3) ideally have caps with different labels (enter symbol, ok, numbers etc) One I have been looking at is Apem's classic MEC series. Any other suggestions from other suppliers? Many thanks :) |

https://www.e-switch.com/product-catalog/cap-options Those I have explicitely remarked as having various actuator buttons available. https://www.knitter-switch.com/eng/Products/Group/4 Schurter also makes such Switches and has good quality. You could also look at Mentor. |

I know that it's not very helpful, but back in ye old days the Honeywell Microswitch Series 2 was king. The pushbutton was illuminated by up to 4 #387 28V bulbs. You could split the indicator between upper and lower. The snap-on back end could have as many poles as you needed. I guess people got tired of needing so much back clearance and spending a fortune on switches. |

I used those. But I don't think they would mount on a PC board. |
