DIY 132-Ball csBGA?

Is it feasible for a hobbyist to hot air on a small-ish BGA?  What are the pit falls?

I'm potentially looking at a LCMXO3LF-4300E-5UWG81CTR50 or similiar.

Or is this unrealistic and should be left to the professionals?

Is verification via JTAG possible?
