Just a name for one of their "standards", they're free to make up whatever name they want. Also, if it's not already obvious, that's definitely not a 22.8Ah battery, just take a look at the size of a Ryobi 9Ah to get an idea of how big it really is. (The picture looks like 4-5Ah at best.)

Surely it's just a model number?

Big clive had a 24V battery pack charger that said 24V-98Vf. But it was just 24V inside.
So that doesn't really add up with the 588 number here at all.

Here is one thats 98Vf and 12000H (mAh). The 12,000 at least could be viable, 2400mAh * 5 = 12000.
98 makes no sense at all though... peak 4.2V per cell * 5 = 21V

Is that lump of partially burned plastic the remains of that TA2110 charger?
Or is it what’s left of an exploded battery pack that you tried to charge with that charger?
Or maybe a combination of both items?
