logarithmic sweep generator?
« on: December 10, 2012, 10:25:36 am »
So I was watching the bode plot analysis and unfortunately I only have a linear sweep.
Does anyone have suggestions for a circuit which can do a logarithmic sweep or a cheap suggestion?

From -10 to 10 V pp.

Is there a Voltage Frequency Control input present?

Alexander.

Alexander.

If so, you can make yourself a simple exponentially rising signal with a simple pulse generator (555 based even), into an RC circuit.  Then, buffer this to drive the frequency control voltage input on the FG.
