Title: What is this connector on Fluke 190 Scopemeter or Anritsu Spectrum master

My Anritsu spectrum master 12V/4A supply broke.   I can find lots of these PS on ebay but the connector is wrong.  The original It is 5mm OD barrel, with a plastic ring 6mm OD at the end, and the ID (PIN diameter) is 1.8mm.  It is also the exact size in my Fluke 190 scope.  Im guessing its a DIN job.
