What is this IC? (757-1 2143)

How could I figure out what is this IC?

1601350-0

The only thing it says is:

757-1
2143

What is the device?

It could be a dual difference amp.

What does it do?
"2143" could be a date code, and given the PCB is marked ST757,
I'd guess the original marking is removed and then remarked.

2143 is likely a date code. YYWW, 2021 OCtober.
Interesting that the PCB has the same base number. That can't be a coincidence.
Who makes this PSU looking thingy, what is it part of?

It could be a customised microprocessor since the marking is the same as the PCB number.

Looks to be a Radar based human presence detector. That IC carries a OEM code.

It may be helpful to reverse engineer the PCB around the 757-1 IC as it could turn out to be something simple like a quad op-amp
