What is this type of wire-connector called?

I am having the hardest time finding something like this on Mouser. I have find things similar, without the screw for example, but never exactly this. Is there a generic name for this type of connector?
If you type something like PCB 2 Way Connector into Google then your search is through, but Mouser apparently has a different naming convention for these little connectors.

I would call it a PCB-mount screw terminal block, generally.

They are commonly available in a range of different pitch, eg. 2.54mm, 3.5mm, 5.0mm, 5.08mm, 7.62mm etc.
5mm and 5.08mm are both quite common, and looks like your example photo is one of those. You should be careful not to buy 5.0mm metric if your PCB layout uses 0.2" imperial or vice versa. If you've got 2 or 3 pins on the block they can be used interchangeably, but they will be incompatible if the block is larger.
