I would call it a PCB-mount screw terminal block, generally.
They are commonly available in a range of different pitch, eg. 2.54mm, 3.5mm, 5.0mm, 5.08mm, 7.62mm etc.
5mm and 5.08mm are both quite common, and looks like your example photo is one of those. You should be careful not to buy 5.0mm metric if your PCB layout uses 0.2" imperial or vice versa. If you've got 2 or 3 pins on the block they can be used interchangeably, but they will be incompatible if the block is larger.
