What mosfet is this?

Have a mosfet, but are not sure about the correct manufacturer, so having problem to know what datasheet to read.

It is labeled: IRF520 Y22W AH.
Guess someone know the logo in the bottom left corner?

Pretty sure it's Siliconix - now Vishay

Had some notes that said, VISHAY FORMERLY I.R. - IRF520PBF - MOSFET, N, 100V, 9.2A, TO-220, but did not know if this was for this mosfet.

Then I know this is correct, thank you!
