I'm soldering for the first time, But, it is a task that needs precision and precautions, especially while soldering small circuits or semiconductor devices. don't know how to get solder to stick to circuit board, and what tools are needed to solder circuit boards? :-//

Hello. Well you need a soldering iron for electronics and rosin core solder. Solder itself will not "stick" to the trace on the circuit board unless it has some rosin flux - which is the kind of solder you need to buy. It has rosin flux inside it. Do not use acid core solder for electronics.
Lots of good tutorials on electronic soldering on You Tube also. :-+

I have recently searched on Google and YouTube to see the best soldering station and choose which one. I find 3: Hakko FX888D-23BY Soldering Station, Weller WLC100 40-Watt Soldering Station, Tilswall 65W Soldering Station, which one should choose. The Hakko expensive than others, weller and tilswall with the same price, can you help me see which one is better for me?

Considering your registered email address is from the same tilswall.com domain... Gee... I wonder if you're just here to spam?
But to answer your question, stick with a well-known brand like Hakko or Weller, not some cheap, horrible, unknown brand like Tilswall. Particularly when you claim you've never soldered before and don't know the first thing about soldering, yet you work for a company that makes soldering products? If you're after poor quality products with minimal customer support, choose Tilswall. If you're after a good quality, established brand, pick something else.
Hope this helps. ;-)

The Weller link wont open for me. 40 watts isn't enough anyway.
I own and strongly recommend the Hakko FX-888D. I use it with the T18-S4 tip that will handle anything from SMD to cable lugs.
The user interface can take some getting used to.
The Tilswall Soldering Station looks like another Hakko 936 clone which I have had somewhat good experience with. But it's an unknown.
Extra: The Weller WLC100 isn't temperature controlled, only power controlled.
