where to find "security" long dc barrel plug?

I need to find a coupe of this connectors as spare parts. I cannot find anything on RS, Distrelec or Digikey, are this kind of plugs proprietary?

For a fluke scopemeter? They are high isolation, so when it's not plugged in you have plenty of creepage/clearance from the internal circuitry. I don't have any sources that aren't attached to power adapters though.

Thank you and yes, it's for a scopemeter (not Fluke). So basically I should purchase the entire power adapter, it would be fine if the price doesn't go high. What are your sources?
