What's this part? "54?" SOT23-6 in a SAT multiswitch
« on: June 19, 2016, 04:25:56 pm »
Hello,
just being curious and salvaging usable interesting parts. ...currently dismantling and old SATellite  multiswitch thingy...

There is some SOT23-6 part labeled "54?"  (5 4 and a triangle). Looks like some MMIC amplifier.  If you look on the photo, and the left upper leg is #1, then legs 2, 4 and 5 are ground. The photo is not clear, sorry, the parts are located in a badly accessible place and covered with a little dust.

There is also a fuckton of SOD323 diodes for channel switching. They are marked "AG" (Left bottom corner of the photo). I've identified them being possibly a ZMV835ATA varactor diode. But seems strange to me to use a varactor diode in a switching circuit. Is it possible?

Thank you for help,
Yan
