Audio frequency induction loop amplifiers for the deaf have an "outreach connector" that allows remote microphones etc to be connected to the amplfier's input.

What's the type of the connector?

The pictures below show the external shell shape required. The pins are on a 5mm pitch. The connector latch into the socket. The outline connector shown probably has screw terminals to attach the wires.
