Why are DMM fuse so expensive

I wonder what these 11kV 11A ones from Walmart would be? These are probably only sold online, IDK how Walmarts online market and sellers work, but I see crossover of cheap parts between ebay/Amazon/Walmart online.

I haven't killed a fuse in ages, but I don't think I have any spares, I'll probably get some brandname ones locally, for ~$15 each.

It’s some third party seller. Who knows whether they’re reliable or not. The fuses shown in the listing are SIBA’s DMI series, which is a respected brand. (Some Keysight meters ship with those.) So if one trusts that the supplier will ship genuine ones, they’re a perfectly good option. However, that price is approximately 6 times too low, so I’d be very skeptical.

Note also that the listing is not for 11A fuses, but for 10A ones.

FYI, the SIBA part numbers for the two common DMM fuses are:
11A 10x38mm: 5019906.11
440mA 10x35mm: 5021006.0,44

If I look closely at your picture, I think I see SIBA fuse which is a good one.  11 A should work fine in a Fluke meter in place of a 10A.

so i have an 80uf, 8000v rated capacitor bank. been waiting to try it out. i have bent a quarter, but it doesn't quite have the energy to shrink one. self resonant frequency is in the 50khz range, but more like 20khz under reasonable load coils.

who wants to send me some fuses?
