PIR with logic output

Does anyone know of a source for PIR detectors with a logic output in aTO-5 can? I have some security lights which use them and a couple of them have failed. These look just like the standard PIR sensors but clearly have the amplifier and LPF stages inside the can (very handy!). I know they must be available at a sensible price, as they are used in very low cost security lights, but I can't find them at any of the usual suppliers. These ones are running from a single Li-Ion cell so about 4V. Thanks, Dave

Have you tried LCSC?

They carry sensors from Senba, and I know they make 'digital' 4 pin PIR sensors.
