Windows wont boot (windows 7)

Hello i installed windows 7 to my pc and they wont boot
The installation was fine
the restart had no problem
but when it comes to the part where it prepares the desktop (doent say "preparing desktop")
it stucks and then the system restarts.... after a while help

This is like "I plugged in my appliance and it won't work, help!" Nobody can say without lots more information.
