Low EMI 802.3bt PoE GbE PSE (Power supply)

Hi! Anyone have tips for the best (w.r.t. lowest EMI) 60W+ (IEEE 802.3bt) PoE supply that is capable of Gigabit data for an industrial project.
Input power ideally 230Vac, metal shielding if possible for RJ-45 shield termination.

Edit: I want to buy off the shelf - no time to design one (and way too expensive w.r.t design time / testing / production qty).

Thanks - but I want to buy COTS, not build (I'm already designing the rest of the system - no time for yet another design)
