Highest REsistance Value for a low price manufacture
« on: January 21, 2015, 10:10:31 pm »
Hi all,

I was wondering what the highest value resistance you would be comfortable using on a board, given that their may be flux residue etc. My boss wants to build an oscillator with the lowest possible current, but I also know their is a good chance he will go for an inexpensive assembler. On top of all this the boards are going to be in cars, so the climate the boards are exposed to will run the full gambit of temperature, and humidity. I know flux residue will start conducting if they are exposed to allot of humidity.  I was wondering if anyone had any resistance values I could stay well bellow to be sure to avoid any problems.

Thanks
