Biggest cell capacity for 22 x 22 mm case

Appreciate some advises and insight to find a rechargable cell fitting 22 x 22 mm case.  Would like to find a cell that is higher for bigger capacity, 100 to 300 mAh, with protection chip on cell

Which chemistry is best. Li Ion, Li Polymer or LiFePo4?  TIA

Do you want a cell or a battery?  You have asked about both but they are different things.
