Sailing across the net I found a diagram of a POTECNCIOMETRO WITH MOSFET name of the diagram ORIGINAL MOSFET.
The truth I do not please why Take 2 push-button controls and I decided to modify for TOUCH.

Modification himself encurntra in the diagram MODIFIED Mosfet

1.- SMD MOSFET STS10N3LH5 30V 10A N channel (1 canal)
2.- C901U102VVBA7317     1 condenser 1000pF 400VAC
3.- C3216X7S3A102K085AA  2 condensers 0.001uF 1000V X7S
4.- connector KF301-3P   3 Pins (CELESTIAL COLOR)

In the pin 1 of the connector KF301-3P 2 condensers 0.001uF 1000V X7S. The sensibility to the TOUCH to increase the Voltage   
In the pin 2 of the connector KF301-3P 2 condensers 0.001uF 1000V X7S. The sensibility to the TOUCH to reduce the Voltage
In the pin 3 of the connector KF301-3P to GND
