AD2700UD Output Voltage Error
« on: January 10, 2024, 04:36:38 pm »
Hi All,

Long time lurker here with a question that is currently stumping me and my team. We're a component test house that was tasked to test output voltage error across a specified temperature range. The datasheet that we have is either crystal clear and we're just special, or it's a bit vague.

Device: AD2700UD
Temperature Drift: 3ppm/°C
Tmin - Tmax: -55°C - 125°C
Test Temperature Range: -30° - 70°C

We decided to calculate the limits at -30°C and 70°C based on the 3ppm/°C and nominal voltage (10V). We then added the error at 25°C: +/- 2.5mV. Does this make sense?
