You don't think kids have always learned about the world around them through play? I didn't watch the video I have a vague recollection that guy is simply performing for YT views.
I personally think the power/torque of an electric motor is far more ideally suited to city driving than an ICE.

I don't understand the issue? When I was a kid, I played with toy cars, lego sets etc... We even had a facility near where I lived which had "roads" with actual functioning traffic lights, designed for kids to ride their bikes and start understanding basic road rules. This is stupid, it's a toy car charger.
It's no more harmful than a toy plastic cash register, lawn mower, cellphone or musical instrument.
Toy guns are probably more of a worry, and no one cares about those.
IMHO this toy car charger should have a real solar panel and battery and 12V and 24V output so kids and their parents could actually charge up those little toy electric cars when at the park. :-DD

Please stop, you are going to remind the ecofascists, that toys are made from plastic. They will probably calculate that we use the equivalent of 4 times the weight of the moon each year on plastic toys (calculation made by a 9 year old boy, like the plastic straws) and ban them.
