battery build using repackr wierdness

im trying to build a 13s pack 48v,im trying to use repackr to sort the cells,where it asks for the number of cells in series i say 13,when it gives me the results it only lists the total voltage as 38 and only lists 8 groups of cells,whats going on here?,any ideas?,cheers in advance.
