Also, what's wrong with an EFD20? It's about 10mm in height and core halves with an air gap and bobbins can be bought from mouser for peanuts.

OP got a liquid nitrogen cooling system, 24W 17W out of that tiny core, under 10.6mm height, would put shame to Apple. Honk honk.
