Here are some good ones for you to have a look at...
  • ZOTAC ZBOX CI329 Nano
  • iCharger 406 Duo
  • SkyRC B6AC V2
  • Turnigy Accucel-6 (if you're looking for a cheaper alternative)
    • Hopefully any of these would be most beneficial to you :)

The Zotac is a mini PC?  Not sure how that works for battery analysis?

Emphasis on "analyzer" here, not "charger".  Having an all-in-one charger/analyzer would be handy, but it's the analyzer functions I'm primarily after.

Cost isn't really an issue, either.  Granted, I'm not looking to spend 10 grand on one of these things, but $300 isn't at all unreasonable to me either.  I'd rather get good function equipment than "cheap".

Apologies... my research failed on me there :palm: Anyway, here's some more suggestions, fitting more with what you want...
  • Mastech MS5308
  • Ansmann Energy 1000
  • Batteryminder 1500
Any of these suit your needs?

I'm responding to a bot, aren't I?   :palm:  Absolutely none of these suggestions are anything even remotely close to a CBA....

Get an ESR meter for batteries, pretty much every battery in common use increases in ESR as they approach end of life.
Cryptocurrency has taught me to love math and at the same time be baffled by it.

Cryptocurrency lesson 0: Altcoins and Bitcoin are not the same thing.

No, I'm a human being like your good self.

And by the way, the things I researched on are battery analysers, and I did read the information about them more than once before I suggested them to you.

The only thing you suggested which could come close to a battery analyzer is the SkyRC B6AC V2 (can charge and discharge, though it doesn't look like the device firmware automates this very much, so debatable whether it's really an "analyzer")

Get an ESR meter for batteries, pretty much every battery in common use increases in ESR as they approach end of life.
ESR increase and capacity/SoH loss can both lead to end of life, but the two are almost completely independent of each other (in all battery chemistries AFAIK). I believe the OP was interested in measuring capacity/SoC/SoH, which an ESR measurement won't tell you.

Unfortunately, practically every handheld "battery analyzer" you find on Amazon/Aliexpress is useless for measuring actual capacity/SoH. They can generally measure CCA and ESR okay, which is useful for starter batteries. Many claim to use electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) to get a very fast measure of SoC, but such methods are far from foolproof and need to be tailored to the specific battery in use. I wouldn't bother with anything which doesn't do a full charge/discharge cycle, which should take many hours.
