Connecting wires from Inlet to Meanwell PSU

Could you please let me know which ports on the Meanwell PSU should the yellow, red and blue wires be connected to?

A(yellow) -> earth ground
B(red) -> L
C(blue) -> N

L == Line
N == Neutral

In the USA, 'Line' is 120VAC and 'Neutral' is 0VAC.

What do L and N mean?
Means you shouldn't be messing with mains power.
