EBL 9 Volt 6F22 Li-Ion batteries

Has anyone seen or used these specific batteries from EBL?

I currently have the other EBL 9V Li-Ion types, the blue 600mA ones that are simply 2 cells in series plus some protection circuitry for 6.6-8.4 volts (which is good for most things because they have low internal resistance) and they require their own charger.  The ones I linked have a USB charger and I presume that they use one cell plus a DC-DC converter.  This would be great for smoke detectors, but I'm wondering if the output is noisy, which might be a problem in things like DMMs and voltage references.
A 3.5 digit 4.5 digit 5 digit 5.5 digit 6.5 digit 7.5 digit DMM is good enough for most people.
