Flyback Transformer Selection

Hello there,
The flyback transformer I shared the link of says 4-18Vin gives 400V output voltage. It has a 1:10 conversion ratio. What I don't understand is shouldn't Vout= Vin*Nps? So as you change the input voltage, shouldn't the output voltage increase? Sorry if this is a stupid question.
