ICE2HS01G LLC Controller datasheet ambiguities

Hi,
How should you disable the ICE2HS01G?.....by taking the LOAD pin to GND, or taking the VINS pin to GND?

...both will disable it, but which way is best?

Also, page 8 says if CS (current sense)  pin voltage  is below a certain level, it will go into skip mode...but surely that cant be true?.....its an LLC controller, and the sensed current goes to zero at every switching period, due to the sinusoidal current in the primary.
