Just little thinking about Photovoltaic cost effectiveness over the world

Hi,
I'm just curious about situations at other countries

Here in middle of Europe it is complete economic nonsense
I have electricity from grid at prices BUY 84-112$ and 20-28$ SELL per MWh
And solar power get from 1kWp installed 800-900kWh per year and most of it is summer peaks, at winter it is just about 800Wh per day
So it can cover just few percent of consumption, batteries are total nonsense with this grid prices and sell it to grid cant pay installation over lifetime.

What about you at more sunny places over world ?
