Info about power measuring IC CL2208 needed

Is there a chance anyone have datasheet, communication protocol specification or at least info about who actually manufacture IC specialized to power measuring with part number CL2208? The pinout doesn't match anything alike. It's used in some power meter device which I'd like to reuse for my project.

I just found out that it also have part number RN8209G, it is manufactured by some Chinese company called Renergy.

Here is complete datasheet in case anyone is interested...
