Power bank recommendation

I have a Iniu 20k mAh power bank that works well except for a serious flaw, I cannot find a way to disable the auto-power off at light/no load and this creates an annoying situation where my phone reaches fully charged and then buzzes as it detects the charger was disconnected, the buzzes again when the power bank detects something and turns back on. Anyone know of a specific model in this general size range? It's for a non-technical family member so I don't want to deal with hacks like plug in loads to defeat it.

You might look at the powerbanks made by Voltaic Systems.  They are sold on Amazon.  They specifically advertise as "always on".  I don't know what sizes are available, but they are expensive as I recall.
