Solax X3 inverters IE06 error

Hello friends! I have an issue with an Solax X3-hybrid-12.0-D-G4 12kW three phase inverter, with 17kW of battery in EPS mode offgrid all the time. This inverter is a hybrid inverter and has a EPS Emergency power supply port so when the grid fails or the sistem is permanently isolated from the grid, the critical loads can operate from the battery.
I have some loads that trigger the inverter to report error IE06, cut the output power and restart after a couple of seconds. The devices that trigger the restart are a hair dryer, expresso machine, blender, dishwashing machine, only these I got to test so far. Has anyone experienced this type of situations and what are the solutions adopted? I found that increasing the load on the EPS port reduces the error count. The problem with this solution is that it drains the power faster from the battery, and in the offgrid situation this is not ideal. Any sigestions please let me know. Thank you!
