Tesla bots in Ukraine?
« on: January 24, 2024, 09:28:36 pm »
Tesla FSD12 based on full end to end AI is out and this is a world first; All other self driving systems are based on heuristics. Maybe if the war lasts long enough then Tesla bot will fight in Ukraine; Can Putin use nuclear or biological weapons against swarms of needle-threading Tesla bots covered in solar panels? They could hide out and charge during the day but then wreak havoc at night. If a bot gets cornered then it could just short out its battery, thereby exploding in a ball of flames without having to carry any munitions.

What would this look like and how could this technology be used to dismantle the Kremlin with surgical precision, without harming the Russian people? It could cross the border empty-handed and obtain everything it needs to accomplish its objectives directly from its environment.

Didn't the Mars rovers last several years? The bots could be extremely careful not to be found, perhaps by hiding out in the forest and coming out once in a while to do their work.

How about outfitting each bot with thermal vision, FMCW radar, sky facing radar, GPS, inertial navigation, an ultra-sensitive magnetometer and seizmometer, two-way frequency hopping SDR, satellite communications, OTA, ultrasonic phased array hearing and a gas spectrometer. This should all fit into a 2kg payload.

Mars rovers are not 100% autonomous.  They most definitely have humans making the decisions as to what rocks and geological features are worth investigating.  If by chance the Mars rover hits a patch of quicksand or has motor failure, humans are required to analyse the problem and devise a solution.

I can easily see how autonomous taxis can (and will) be hired by terrorists to safely deliver "payloads" to their destination, effective robot warfare is still decades away, particularly on the ground, and the idea that Tesla is anywhere close to that right now is simply ridiculous.

..In reality , i think they just smoke a lot, and  rarely explode in flames.....maybe a little fire eventually, but not enough to totally destroy them.
