Where to buy a few new Panasonic 18650 batteries?

Digikey doesn't sell them, neither does Mouser. I don't trust Amazon, ebay, or Aliexpress based on what they've got for sale. Anybody got a place (or a known good seller on Amazon/ebay/Aliexpress) they order from to get legit Japanese 18650s? Thank you.

How many do you need to buy? Cost sensitive?
New?

Under a dozen. Not cost sensitive. New.

EDIT:

Someone on my ham radio group recommended https://www.imrbatteries.com/panasonic-18650-batteries/

I'll give that a shot. Thanks.
