Where to get high-capacitry 18650 batteries in bulk?

Where to get high-capacitry bang-per-buck 18650 batteries in bulk?
Looking at the likes of Panasonic 18650NCR 3.4aH OR 3.6Ah or LG 4.0Ah. Each battery can store roughly 10Wh of energy.
And I want of the order of 100 of them maybe more. This is for a mobile general purpose power supply project.

Oops, I thought you meant "bulk". I was going to suggest you can get around 5000 - 8000 18650s with about 3150 mAh each cheaply by buying a Tesla replacement battery pack. :-)
SteveLy:
Yeah little bulk: 100s not 1000s

Did some research into this last year, found few companies worth bothering with.
This company have bulk LG MJ1 3500mAh cells, that aren't fakes.

Some other companies have issues with shipping to Australia, so aren't worth the trouble.

Not exactly what you are asking for, but what about these modules? Would save a ton of work...
