Is it a genuine Apply battery and Apple power supply? or are any aftermarket?

Can you swap in a similar battery from someone's else's Mac?
That will allow you to isolate the battery and its internals as the problem.
The symptoms sound like the charger circuit is working, and the computer will run from that, but as soon as you remove the external AC /charger source - the battery is 'not there' !!
Don't ask a question if you aren't willing to listen to the answer.

yes you are right! in another forum some says me

"i5-i7 model power on themself if battery not connected."

so the best should be to find another battery and try!
