[RIGOLDS1102E] Rotary/Buttons repair and cooler removal

hiall.

After almost 10 years of using DS102E i faced with a problem with knob rotators and buttons.
So all they should be replaced.
I wrote a letter to rigol support center asking for repair parts but received no answer.

Maybe anyone knows part numbers for rotary knobs and buttons?

Also i would like to share my idea of replacing a cooler inside oscilloscope with a huge radiator.
i have removed the cover and it seems that the only warm part of oscilloscope is PSU.
I am not 100% sure about that. I don't have any infrared camera to check that.
Maybe anyone has any information about that?

It would be nice to remove cooler and make it completely silent.
I see that tektronix scopes within the same category are without coolers. That gives a hope.
DS1102E is really good scope for me the only drawback is cooler noise...
Maybe someone have upgraded it?
