does any one by chance know

Part# TG24102SIG
I am looking for a datasheet and a source to buy
google search did not show helpful results
Hi,
As far as I remember, we are talking about Cisco C3560-24TD (+ dual tranking port's)
or C3560E-12D.
DS-X2-FC10G-CX4 - Copper X2 transceiver.
What could have happened?
A thunderstorm on such short cables of 1-15m is unlikely to have contributed to the failure, and with Fiber Channel X2 SX / LX transceivers are even more so.
DS-CAB-1M = 1m Cable for 10G Copper X2 transceiver,
DS-CAB-15M = 15m Cable for 10G Copper X2 transceiver.
Alibaba sometimes sells in lots.
It is easier to find the used switch and dismantle the transformer from there.
I do not know what happened, but one port 10G-Base-T is not working and when I opened up the switch one TG24102SIG showed blow/overheat sings
Hi,
The transformer is a consequence.
The internal structure of the transceiver microcircuit is probably damaged.
If the switch is multi-port, there can be several of them and, as a rule, they have a cooling radiator.
If you have a pyrometer, try to determine which chip is by measuring the temperature from the bottom of the PCB.
It is unlikely that you can restore working capacity: you need to find a donor and re-solder the BGA.
Alas.
IMHO it's pointless trying to find the exact part. There should be plenty of substitutes readily available. There are only a few types of such transformers, and basically every manufacturer makes the same stuff. I suggest posting a photo and its dimensions.
