121GW DMM port broken, looking for part
« on: June 12, 2020, 09:22:03 am »
Last year I bought 121GW from eevlog official website, and been using it. It's working great still.
The only problem is one of the DMM terminals seems lost the plastic piece and now when I insert the probe it is loose.
It's gone over 1 year warranty though.

Is there anywhere I can find this 4 ports terminal part or any similar part can be a substitute?

You might like to drop an EMAIL to Dave directly. There was a batch late last year with some problems and buried in this thread just before and a little after were a few posts about it https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/eevblog-121gw-multimeter-issues/msg2794226/#msg2794226
