Hi,

I am trying to repair SMPS and amplifier. Made in china, with deleted markings from mosfets and ics. I know its based on some old self oscilating design, got it working with IRF840.

Problem is, amplifier is declared 1300w at 4 ohms, has 7 pairs output transistors with 4 mosfets step driver, in class H.

Died on generator, probably overvoltage, burned mov and exploded capacitors.

I need help to indentify proper replacement mosfets for this power.

IRFP460N works, but i suppose its not good for 1300w.
