i have a 13s 48v ebike charger with no output,its a greenway unit i think,it has a 7812 reg i want to check for op,is it best to probe between its output and carger neg op?.

You might get better response to your questions if you put a little more effort into your posts. Like provide more information, use proper spelling, punctuation, etc. Just a thought.
