Difficulty turning on the oscilloscope XDS3104D

I have a XDS3104E oscilloscope from OWON company,
which unfortunately when the device turns on, the light comes under the keys, but the device does not turn on.
After releasing the key, the device turns off again, I checked the power supply of the device but it was correct

If anyone knows about this, please guide me

You need a service manual.  There might be a reset you can try, often power up while holding certain buttons.

Does the Power ON / OFF Button change colour from Red to Green when you press it to turn the XDS3104D On ?
The Power Button does require a Long press ( about 4 seconds ) to turn the instrument On.

Is this required to hold down keys when starting?
