2SB1019 Transistor Replacement
« on: April 21, 2020, 09:01:07 pm »
Hello all, I have just aligned an Icom 28A that was bought used, all is fine except the output on hi is 20W, specs say 25W.  Was thinking that the final transistor might be soft  so does anyone know a place to buy a single 2SB1019 transistor other than EBay?  I prefer a vendor in the US if possible.  Thanks and 73's.

If you are referring to IC6 it isn't a transistor but a hybrid module, a SC-1019, and you can find it here

Pardon the typo, yes it is a 2SB1019.

Didn't cross my mind that it could also be the power module.  Thank you all for the responses, they were very helpful.
