Did you read BAV70 of the CR1007 or is the text hard to pickup off it? usually a camera picture will pick it up better. or are you trying to cross the code ? thank you. |

Marking suggests BAV70 and it measured like it should be. |

Seems to be P channel MOSFET. Could not find what exactly. Device code seems to be 7D as two next symbols seem to be different on your picture. |
