3456a fan to fanless - 3456A-12

In the 3456A service manual change #10 states: "If the fan is defective and needs to be replaced, retrofit the 3456A to a fanless instrument. Refer to service note 3456A-12 on how to retrofit the instrument"

So far i've not been able to locate the service note. Anyone know what the modification involves?
