Is it possible to replace MCU ?
blown temp sensor. temp sensor SDA SCL 100.. 700ohm . seems all 3 card ID ports are 5..7ohm

My guess from picture is ATmega.

For the question I'd say that hardly.
Manufacturer can of course give you a filled one, or sell for nominal fee since you're so good customer.

It's a 8051 with internal program
Guess that you cant buy a spare from HP

There are loads of counterfeits on the marked of these modules
